Five days / six shifts / one double a week. Honey & Co is a Middle-Eastern restaurant group in the heart of Fitzrovia, run by chefs Sarit Packer and Itamar Srulovich. We're looking for an enthusiastic, hard-working Sous Chef to join our lively Kitchen Team. In this role there's real opportunity for further growth and career progression as our company reopens after lockdown – currently we have two buzzing restaurants, a thriving deli, and an events catering business.
Our kitchens are exciting and lively places to work! As Sous Chef, you will lead our Kitchen Team in producing beautiful food, writing menus and sourcing the best seasonal produce that we can get our hands on. The work is varied, fun and rewarding, with lots of opportunity for the right chef looking to take the next big step in their career.
