Honey & Co is a Middle‐Eastern restaurant group in the heart of Fitzrovia, run by chefs Sarit Packer and Itamar Srulovich, with two buzzing restaurants, a thriving deli, and an events catering business. We're looking for an enthusiastic Restaurant Manager to join our lively Front of House Team. In this role there's real opportunity for further growth and career progression as our company reopens after lockdown – this is a great opportunity for a new manager to be involved in the process of reopening from the beginning and to really make the role your own.

Our restaurants are exciting and lively places to work! We're well known for our Middle Eastern menu and friendly service. We're looking for someone with a passion for food and building relationships with their customers, who can inspire that joy and excitement in their team.

Responsibilities

As Restaurant Manager you will be responsible for managing FOH staff at our original restaurant Honey & Co on Warren Street. It will be your role to make sure your team is well‐trained on the menu and order of service, to liaise with the kitchen to ensure a smooth running of service, work with the reservations team to plan an efficient service, and to make sure customer requests are met, as well as to take care of day‐to‐day operations such as maximising sales, placing orders, monitoring hygiene standards, writing rotas and training new staff.
