Honey & Co are a well-respected Middle Eastern restaurant group in the heart of Fitzrovia who are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, hard-working Junior Sous to join our lively Kitchen Team at Honey & Smoke, our grill restaurant on Great Portland Street.

You will be part of the Kitchen Team and your role will be supporting the Head Chef in leading the team and running the kitchen. Our kitchens are exciting and lively places to work! You will work as part of our Kitchen Team producing beautiful food using the best seasonal produce that we can get our hands on. The work is varied, fun and rewarding with lots of opportunity to further develop your skills and take on responsibility.

In this role there's real opportunity for further growth and career progression as our company continues to grow - currently we have two restaurants, one deli, and a thriving catering business.

We are offering the successful Junior Sous Chef:

  • Full-time position, five days a week!
