The Role

As the Assistant Boutique Manager, you will empower, enchant, and focus on storytelling to lead your team of honeys toward achieving high commercial outcomes, guide best‑practice customer service, and encourage each honey’s individual characteristics.

This role reports into the respective Boutique & Area Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive and achieve sales and KPI targets across your boutique.
  • Raise customer engagement and satisfaction.
  • Empower and encourage honey’s needs and guide their exploration in a positive way.
  • Lead, coach and provide feedback to the honey team.
