The Role

As the Boutique Manager , you will be empowering, enchanting, and storytelling focused to lead your team of honeys towards achieving high commercial outcomes, guiding best practice customer service, and encouraging each honey’s individual characteristics.

To be successful in this role, you will possess exceptional communication skills, knowledge of tips and tricks to build your team into a confident, collaborative hive, and drive positive experiences for all visitors to Honey Birdette, ensuring they never fall short of products to fulfill their needs.

This role reports to the UK Area Manager.

Key Responsibilities

1. Supporting the Boutique Manager to drive sales and KPI targets across your Boutique.
2. Enhancing customer engagement and satisfaction by delivering an exceptional experience every day.
3. Empowering and encouraging your team’s needs and coaching them to foster a high-performance culture.
4. Leading and providing ongoing performance feedback and improvement strategies to your team.

Your Skills & Attributes

• At least 2 years of experience in retail or hospitality environments.
• Exceptional communication skills and a passion for providing an electrifying customer experience.
• Self-motivated and passionate about your team’s development and success.
• Lead with empathy, compassion, and open-mindedness.
• Highly driven about store success and passionate about the Honey Birdette brand.
• Resilient, able to manage expectations, and not shy away from conflict.
• Confident in advising and directing communication effectively.
