The Role
As the Assistant Boutique Manager, you will empower, enchant and narrate, leading your team of honeys towards achieving high commercial outcomes, guidance best practice customer service, and encouraging each honey’s individual characteristics. This role reports into the respective Boutique & Area Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Driving and achieving sales and KPI targets across the Boutique.
- Raising customer engagement & satisfaction.
- Empowering and encouraging honey needs and guiding their exploration in a positive note.
- Leading, coaching and providing feedback to the honey team.
Your Sweet Spots (About You)
- At least 2 years’ experience in retail or hospitality environment.
- Exceptional communication and a passion for providing an electrifying customer experience.
- Self‑motivated and passionate about the team’s development and setting them up for success.
- Lead with empathy, compassion and openness.
- Highly driven about the store success and passionate about the Honey B brand.
- Doesn’t shy away from conflict, is resilient, and able to manage expectations.
- Able to advise and direct communication with confidence.
