Honey & Haven is looking for an experienced, friendly and reliable team member to join our growing coffee shop. This is a hands-on role covering barista duties, front of house service and light kitchen prep. You will be confident working in a fast-paced environment, delivering warm customer service and producing high-quality drinks consistently.
What we’re looking for:
- Previous barista experience (essential)
- Experience serving food and beverages efficiently
- Knowledge of food safety standards (preferred)
- Excellent time management skills, especially during busy periods
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team
- Organised with a keen eye for detail and high standards of cleanliness and presentation
- Reliable, proactive and comfortable working busy weekends
What you’ll be doing:
- Preparing specialty coffee and hot drinks
- Serving customers and operating the till
- Supporting food preparation and maintaining food safety standards
- Keeping the shop clean, organised and welcoming
- Supporting the team during peak periods
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £12.71-£13.00 per hour
