Honesty Group is looking for an experienced and hands-on Supervisor of Bakery Production to support the daily operation of our growing bakery department. This is a working supervisory role, with the successful candidate actively involved in the day-to-day production of cakes, buns, traybakes, cookies and sweet bakery products alongside the wider production team. The role combines practical bakery production, team support and product development within a fast-paced hospitality environment. We are looking for someone who enjoys being on the floor, leading by example and maintaining consistently high standards across all products produced.
At present, our bakery department is focused on cakes, buns, cookies, traybakes and sweet bakery items rather than traditional viennoiserie production. While we currently source viennoiserie products externally due to production capacity and operational considerations, this is an area we may explore developing internally as the department and business continue to grow. As part of our continued expansion, Honesty Group will also be opening two new stores in London this August, making this an exciting opportunity to join the business during a key stage of growth and development.
