Honesty Group is looking for a Coffee Shop Supervisor to lead a brand new team on shift at our Kensington base.
You’ll be hands‑on, customer‑facing, and responsible for keeping the shop running smoothly day to day, while setting the tone for great service.
Open and close as a keyholder, deliver excellent customer service, support rotas and sales targets with the Manager, manage stock and deliveries, and ensure food safety and a clean, welcoming environment for customers.
