The Role
We’re looking for a friendly Front of House Assistant to work mainly in the pub/restaurant, with support in the coffee shop when needed. You’ll help deliver great service and create a welcoming experience for every guest.
What You’ll Do
- Serve customers in the pub/restaurant and coffee shop
- Prepare food and drinks in line with food safety standards
- Open/close as a keyholder and help set up for service
- Take deliveries, rotate stock and complete temperature checksAnswer phone enquiries and take orders
- Clear and reset tables, polish cutlery and keep service areas tidy
- Support end-of-day tasks (cleaning, waste logs, cashing up, lock up)
What We’re Looking For
- Friendly, reliable and customer-focused
- Comfortable in a busy, hands-on front-of-house role
- Happy supporting both pub/restaurant and coffee shop service
- Previous hospitality experience helpful but not essential (full training provided)
