Hours and Shifts: 37.5 hours per week (Work life balance, one shift per weekend) Key Responsibilities As Front of House Supervisor , you will: Lead the day-to-day operations of the pub, restaurant and hotel, including: Organising and overseeing shift service, staffing levels and table plans Preparing rotas and managing holiday and time-off requests Ensuring opening, closing and cash-up procedures are completed accurately Monitoring cellar management, stock control and rotation Supporting new staff inductions and ongoing training Support the General Manager with: Staff development and performance management Disciplinary and grievance procedures Continuous training programmes Work closely with the kitchen team to: Assist with new menu roll-outs Manage events and large bookings Manage the hotel operations including: Check-ins and check-outs Reservations and invoicing Housekeeping coordination Support the coffee shop team daily by: Liaising with FoH and General Managers Ensuring appropriate stock and staffing levels Maintain high standards of: Health Safety compliance Licensing and fire evacuation procedures Preventative maintenance reporting Who We\βre Looking For You\βll be successful if you are: ?
