This was the first Honesty coffee shop, and where it all began. A pub with rooms and restaurant as well as a coffee shop and plenty of outside seating, set in a very picturesque setting. The Crown and Garter is open 7 days a week, and serves breakfast, lunch and dinner to our residents, locals and tourists.

Key Skills and Experience:
- You will need to have worked in a kitchen and trained as a commis chef and be of a basic CDP level
- Preparing, cooking and presenting high quality dishes within the speciality section
- Assisting the Head Chef and/or Sous Chef in creating menu items, recipes and developing dishes
- Preparing meat and fish
- Assisting with the management of health and safety
- Assisting with the management of food hygiene practices
- Managing and training any Commis Chefs
- Monitoring portion and waste control
- Overseeing the maintenance of kitchen and food safety standards
