What You’ll Do

As our Farm Chef, you’ll play a key role in delivering fresh, seasonal food to a high standard. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing and cooking dishes across breakfast and lunch service
  • Managing your section during busy service periods
  • Supporting prep, stock rotation, and waste control
  • Ensuring food safety, hygiene, and kitchen standards are maintained at all times
  • Keeping the kitchen clean, organised, and running efficiently
  • Working closely with front-of-house to ensure a smooth, friendly service
  • Supporting deliveries and maintaining stock organisation
  • Contributing ideas to help evolve and improve the menu
