What You’ll Be Doing
We’re looking for an experienced e-commerce operator who can help us build the #1 education community for starting and scaling e-commerce brands. You’ll own everything from the moment a member joins our community. You’ll constantly look for ways we can give more value, streamline processes and get people better results.
- Own Student Success
- Oversee success across the entire community
- Ensure every member is supported, progressing, and getting results
- Increase the number of successful members (your north star)
- Using feedback loops to improve everything we do
- Hiring a team of killer e-com coaches and operators
- Coaching & Growth
- Coach both beginners and experienced brand owners
- Manage our team of coaches
- Record new course content
- Create SOPs and systems to ease bottlenecks
- Help members: Launch, Validate, Scale their brands
- Content & Training
- Organise and run live: Masterclasses, Workshops, Breakdown sessions
- Hands-On Support
- Daily support: Feedback, Problem-solving, Strategy
- Jump into real issues: Creatives not working, Stores not converting, Ads dying
- Strategy & Systems
- Share frameworks… But also know when to say: “Do this instead.”
- Work closely with founders to: Improve the program, Build better systems, Drive better outcomes
What We’re Looking For
You’re an experienced e-com operator.
- Core Experience
- 4+ years in e-commerce ideally with agency experience managing clients/teams
- You’ve done one or all of these: Scaled your own brand, Worked at a marketing/e-com agency running/scaling brands, Built or run dropshipping brands (Huge plus)
- Skillset
- Very Strong understanding of: Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok (organic + paid), Shopify, Amazon (big plus, not required)
- Communication
- Can simplify complex ideas clearly
- Comfortable on camera & running live sessions
- People person with great communication skills
- Mindset
- Obsessed with results & outcomes
- Naturally take ownership
- Think: “How do we get more people winning?”
