Hello, we’re Honest. The clue’s in the name: we’re the network doing mobile right. We’re on a mission to set a bold new standard for mobile. It started with Classic SIM, our essential everyday SIM that includes bills that drop, support in seconds, and a shrinking carbon footprint. Thousands of happy customers joined us. But we knew people still faced two big problems: rubbish signal and expensive roaming. So we built Smart SIM, our game-changing back-up eSIM giving you unbeatable signal and free global roaming. Now we're proud to have more than 100,000 customers on our journey. We’re also the UK’s first B Corp mobile network, a carbon-negative company and member of 1% for the Planet.

But building the world’s best mobile network requires having the right people to help us do it. That’s where you could come in. This role is crucial to making that happen. Everything visual that goes out under the Honest name will have your fingerprints on it, from our app and website to emails, paid ads and social. You’ll shape how we look and feel at every touchpoint. You'll set the standard across the business, showing the world what a network doing things differently actually looks and feels like. • Work with marketing to deliver high-performing creative campaigns, paid social ads and landing pages.
  • Work with tech and marketing to level up our app and website, turning product features and data into slick user experiences.
  • Use AI as a core part of how you work, from ideation to execution.

About you:

  • 5+ years of design experience across digital and brand, with depth across UI, UX, and graphic design.
  • A big ideas, creative thinker with the portfolio to prove it.
  • Fluent in AI-powered design tools and building AI workflows.
  • Proficient in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite across Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
  • High attention to detail, able to balance speed with quality output.
  • Comfortable working autonomously, juggling competing priorities and collaborating cross-functionally.
  • Bonus points for motion and animation (Lottie, After Effects) experience.
