Hello, we’re Honest. The clue’s in the name: we’re the network doing mobile right. We’re on a mission to set a bold new standard for mobile. It started with Classic SIM, our essential everyday SIM that includes bills that drop, support in seconds, and a shrinking carbon footprint. Thousands of happy customers joined us. But we knew people still faced two big problems: rubbish signal and expensive roaming. So we built Smart SIM, our game-changing back-up eSIM giving you unbeatable signal and free global roaming. Now we're proud to have more than 100,000 customers on our journey. We’re also the UK’s first B Corp mobile network, a carbon-negative company and member of 1% for the Planet.
Role overview: We turned Meta into our biggest growth engine by creating thousands of ads and learning from every one. Now we want to crack organic social. That’s where you come in. You'll invent original formats for TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts. Content that stops the scroll, links back to Smart SIM, and keeps people coming back. With the support of the Head of Growth and Head of Brand & Marketing, you’ll run organic social end-to-end. From pitching the concept to scripting, shooting, editing, posting and reporting on what worked, it’ll be yours to lead the charge on. Forget chasing trends. This role is all about relentlessly testing and learning to find repeatable formats that earn attention, again and again.
What you’ll do:
- Run organic social end-to-end - Script, film and edit content, all the way from idea to published post
- Invent original formats - come up with and create entertaining, repeatable formats that link back to Smart SIM and Honest
- Test relentlessly - Treat every format like an experiment, doubling down on the winners and losing the rest
- Scale what works - Rinse and repeat content within winning formats to grow followers and engagement
- Level up the team - Share what you learn with the wider marketing team to keep raising the bar across organic and paid content
About you:
- Lives and breathes social - you understand what makes content great (and how to make it even better)
- Creator at heart - You make content yourself and can handle the full stack: concepting, scripting, interviewing, filming and editing
- Original thinker - You’re excited by creating repeatable formats, rather than chasing trends and hoping for a one-off hit
- Self-starter - You thrive on autonomy and don't wait to be told what to make next
- Insatiably curious - You're comfortable treating creative as research: forming hypotheses, reading the data and iterating fast
- Hungry to grow - You want to learn marketing from the inside and see this role as the launchpad for a big career
Bonus points if you’ve already built an audience of your own, whatever the niche.
Applying is simple: make a short video (max 2 mins) telling us why you should be our first organic content creator at Honest. Show us how you think, not what’s on your CV. Big ideas and creativity encouraged.
