We are looking for a Talent Acquisition to join our People team. You'll thrive in a fast-paced, people-first environment where no two days are the same, and you'll play a key role in helping us build the teams that bring our brand to life every day.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for our UK restaurant, including job postings, screening, interviews, and offers.
- Support onboarding of new team members, providing assistance in their learning and development.
- Collaborate closely with restaurant managers to understand hiring needs and team growth plans.
- Promote a positive candidate experience and contribute to employer branding.
- Assist with ad hoc People tasks as needed.
Skills & Qualifications
- 1β2 years of experience in recruiting or HR, ideally in high-volume or hospitality roles.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to connect with candidates from diverse backgrounds.
- Highly organized, adaptable, and able to prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to track key people metrics.
- Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus.
- Genuine interest in the hospitality industry and healthy food.
