The Role
We are looking for passionate Cooks to join our kitchen team at HG Soho. You’ll be part of an energetic team in a modern and health-focused environment, where every day is a new opportunity to deliver outstanding food and experiences to our guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare fresh, high-quality dishes following HG’s recipes and quality standards.
- Support daily mise en place and service to ensure consistency, speed, and excellence.
- Work closely with the rest of the kitchen team to maintain a clean, safe, and efficient kitchen.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene standards, and HACCP procedures.
- Assist with stock control, deliveries, and proper handling of ingredients, treating every product with care.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience as a Cook or Kitchen Assistant is desirable, ideally in fresh, healthy, or ingredient-led kitchens.
- Availability to work 40 hours/week on rotating shifts (including weekends and bank holidays).
- A proactive, responsible attitude with a strong team-player mindset.
- Genuine passion for healthy, sustainable, and high-quality food.
- Willingness to learn, grow, and develop within a fast-expanding brand.
