We are looking for an enthusiastic Waiter / Waitress to join our team.

As a member of our Front of House team, you will play a key role in creating exceptional guest experiences by delivering friendly, efficient, and genuine hospitality.

You'll work closely with your colleagues to ensure every guest leaves having experienced the Honest Greens standard.,

  • Deliver a warm, welcoming, and memorable experience to every guest.
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately using the POS system.
  • Serve food and drinks to the highest presentation and service standards.
  • Build strong product knowledge to confidently explain our menu, ingredients, allergens, and Honest Greens philosophy.
  • Maintain excellent cleanliness, organisation, and food safety standards throughout your shift.
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen and Front of House teams.
  • Resolve guest enquiries professionally and escalate concerns where appropriate.
  • Support opening, closing, and daily operational procedures.
  • Follow all company policies, health & safety procedures, and food hygiene standards.
  • Represent and promote the Honest Greens values and the Real Food Revolution every day.
