Job Overview

As a Promoter, you are the first person a guest interacts with and the one who sets the tone for their whole visit, from before they walk in to the moment they leave.

Your energy and attitude directly shape how each visit begins and ends, creating a warm, welcoming, and brand‑consistent experience that makes every guest feel looked after.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and guide guests – deliver a warm, genuine welcome, anticipate needs, and help people understand how our service works.
• Tell the food story – explain our menu in an approachable way and make natural recommendations (sides, proteins, drinks, desserts) that enhance the experience, without pressure.
• Build loyalty – introduce guests to the Hg app and its benefits and help convert first‑time visitors into regulars.
• Manage expectations – keep guests informed and reassured during busy periods, communicate wait times calmly and turn potential frustration into a positive moment.
• Close warmly – give every guest a genuine farewell, ask about their experience, and invite happy guests to share a Google review.
• Read the room – stay visible and proactive, spot hesitant or confused guests, work the queue, and look for opportunities rather than waiting for them.

• Genuinely warm, upbeat and high‑energy, love meeting people.
• Mission‑driven and values‑aligned, with a real interest in healthy, honest food.
• Natural storyteller and brand ambassador.
• Calm and unflappable under pressure, comfortable with a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
• Reads people well and anticipates their needs.
• Coachable and eager to learn – we value personality over experience.
• Reliable, takes ownership, and a genuine team player with leadership potential.
• No prior hospitality experience? That’s fine – if you have the right energy and attitude, we’ll train you.
