We are looking for an enthusiastic Barista to join our team. As a Barista at Honest Greens, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional coffee and beverage experiences while providing warm, friendly, and efficient customer service. You'll work within a supportive team in a modern and healthy environment where every day is an opportunity to exceed our guests' expectations.,
- Prepare coffee and a variety of hot and cold beverages in line with Honest Greens quality standards.
- Deliver a warm, friendly, and efficient customer experience.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and fully stocked coffee station.
- Work collaboratively with the Front of House and Kitchen teams.
- Receive, check, and correctly store deliveries and stock.
- Contribute to creating a positive working environment.
- Follow all company policies, food safety, and health & safety procedures.
- Represent and promote the Honest Greens values and the Real Food Revolution every day.
Essential
- Passion for coffee and hospitality.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent teamwork and organisational skills.
- Flexible approach to rotating shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Good level of spoken English.
Desirable
- Previous Barista experience.
- Knowledge of coffee preparation, latte art, and hot and cold beverages.
- Experience using POS systems.
- Additional languages are an advantage.
