Head Chef - Catering Company

Honest Foods London is looking for a talented, reliable and values-driven Head Chef to lead our kitchen with heart, skill and purpose.

We’re a family‑ran catering company working across film, TV, corporate and private events with a strong commitment to giving back through food donations and community work. We’re looking for someone who shares our passion for great food, high standards and meaningful impact.

This is a key leadership role in a growing company with a solid reputation, great clients and a close‑knit team. You’ll help shape menus, inspire staff and ensure our food is consistently excellent from early‑morning film sets to elegant corporate lunches.

What we’re looking for:

• A natural leader with experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous
• Passionate about quality food, fresh ingredients and seasonal cooking
• Calm under pressure and highly organised
• Confident managing a team and creating a positive kitchen culture
• Familiar with costings, GPs, food safety and allergen procedures
• Someone who takes pride in their work and believes in doing things the right way
