Waiter – North London 5 Months Fixed Term - 30 Hours per week What is the role of a Waiter? We’re looking for a Waiter / Waitress who believes in the power of “Honest” hospitality and going out of their way to make someone's day. This means hosting every guest, just like you'd host a friend at home. Always giving a 100% to create a great experience and something to remember. In addition to being an eager and hardworking Waiter/ Waitress, you will be passionate about hospitality, kind to everyone around you and always ensuring that all guests leave having had the best of times and with a smile on their faces. Then finishing off with checking 'what else' a table needs, and that nothing is missed. Every individual at Honest should also help their managers generate a culture of positivity, opportunity and loyalty, whilst recognising the personal impact they can have on their team and consumers. This role says North London, where is it based? This role is a little different. Although there will be one main base (Kings Cross), the ultimate objective for the role will be to support and cover across North London sites as needed. Each week will look completely different, but what will be the same is the consistent food and service standards being delivered in every restaurant. If you're open to moving around sites and not being tied to one location this role could be for you.
