The Sous Chef will expertly lead kitchen operations, ensuring exceptional food quality, health and safety standards, and team development. This role involves managing service, stock, and compliance, while fostering a positive and efficient kitchen environment. The objective is to support the Head Chef in delivering outstanding restaurant performance and preparing for future leadership as a Head Chef.
