The Grill Chef is responsible for expertly preparing high-quality, fresh food, particularly signature burgers and rosemary chips, while independently managing the grill section. This role ensures consistent kitchen standards, health and safety compliance, and contributes to a positive team culture, with opportunities for progression to Grill Master.
