Overview
We\’re looking for a Honest Kitchen Assistant who believes in the power of great, fresh food. The ideal candidate will be a hard worker with a great team spirit and will be happy to go the extra mile in order to ensure our guests receive the best standards of care possible. You will be supporting your team in various tasks, while observing and learning new skills. This role is specifically advertised for our Prep Kitchen where we take high quality ingredients and turn them into our famous sauces, pickles and rosemary salt.
Responsibilities
- Work in our prep kitchen following strict recipes and specs
- Uphold the highest food and health & safety standards, including work in protective clothing and regular hand wash
- Operate heavy machinery in the kitchen
- Vacuum pack high volume of items
- Manual handling of heavy items (10-15kg)
Progression opportunities: By working closely with your senior kitchen team, this role will give you the opportunity to grow and develop, so one day you can become Honest Kitchen Captain with accompanied pay increase. We want you to help generate a culture of loyalty, positivity and opportunity whilst recognising the positive impact you can have on your team and consumers.
