Hone seeks a highly capable operator to join as a role that may evolve into Chief of Staff to the co-founders. You will own the end-to-end motions that run Hone, including recruiting, partnerships, pricing and contracting, and overall operating cadence.
The role requires hands-on leadership across multiple functions and stakeholders in a fast-growing startup. We value strong operating fundamentals, commercial judgment, and daily use of AI agents to automate real parts of the business.
