b Overview /b p As Aftersales Area Manager, you will drive customer satisfaction and retention while growing parts sales across a network of Honda retailers. You will partner with dealers to implement aftersales best practices, monitor performance, and lead improvement initiatives to meet regional targets. This field-based role covers a wide territory and offers the opportunity to shape dealer development plans and aftersales programs. You will work with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business impact and uphold Honda’s commitment to quality and customer excellence. /p b Responsibilities /b ul li Act as the primary aftersales interface between Honda and dealers to drive commercial results /li li Set targets and action plans with dealers, monitor progress and provide guidance to meet regional goals /li li Identify and address training needs via Dealer Development to boost performance and brand image /li li Collaborate with Dealer Development and Sales to assess prospects for new dealers and reduce risk /li li Analyze performance against parts, retention, eVHC and PM targets; implement countermeasures /li li Implement Honda eVHC in selected dealers to maximise upsell opportunities /li li Agree and execute measurable improvement plans with Senior Dealership Management Team using TQM /li li Manage the Aftersales Development Programme from initiation to completion /li li Ensure dealer adherence to aftersales franchise standards and terms /li li Carry out detailed dealer performance analysis and reporting to inform senior management /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li Experience in aftersales, preferably in motorcycle or automotive sectors /li li Experience in a dealer service or workshop environment /li li Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders /li li Strong commercial awareness and hands-on support for business activities /li li Ability to forecast, manage and drive target performance /li li Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint /li li Strong communication skills with ability to influence dealer decisions /li li Good time management and flexible prioritisation/scheduling /li li Strong analytical skills to analyse dealer KPIs /li li Full driving licence for business travel within the territory and UK /li /ul ul li relationship-building /li li communication /li li flexibility /li li Excel /li li PowerPoint /li li Dealer Management Systems /li /ul
