We’re looking for an experienced Paid Media Account Manager to join our growing team at Honcho.

You’ll manage a portfolio of client accounts across Google Ads, Meta and other paid media channels, combining hands‑on campaign management with reporting, analysis and strategic thinking.

This is a varied role for someone who understands the platforms but can also see the bigger commercial picture.

You’ll build strong client relationships, present meaningful insights and work closely with our SEO, Content and Digital PR teams to deliver joined‑up marketing strategies.

  • What you’ll be doing
  • Planning, launching and managing Google Ads and Meta campaigns across a portfolio of clients
  • Setting up, managing and optimising product feeds for ecommerce accounts
  • Using GA4, advertising platform data and CRM information to identify performance gaps and opportunities for growth
  • Building strong client relationships and leading regular reporting calls
  • Preparing and presenting Quarterly Business Reviews, with clear insights and recommendations
  • Reviewing campaign performance and providing practical advice to clients and stakeholders
  • Collaborating with our SEO, Content and Digital PR teams on integrated strategies
  • Supporting new business pitches and helping shape paid media strategies for prospective clients
  • Using and helping develop our in‑house AI tools and automations
  • Testing new platform features and identifying opportunities that genuinely benefit client accounts
  • What we’re looking for
  • Strong experience managing Google Ads and Meta campaigns
  • Previous experience working within an agency
  • Experience managing your own portfolio of client accounts
  • Confidence taking ownership of client relationships and performance
  • The ability to turn research, audits and campaign data into meaningful insights
  • Experience with reporting platforms such as Looker Studio or similar
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Confidence constructively challenging clients on their goals and strategies
  • An analytical mindset and curiosity about what is driving performance
  • The ability to explain the commercial relevance of paid media activity
  • A good understanding of GA4 and conversion tracking
  • Nice to have
  • Experience with Microsoft Advertising, Pinterest, Tik Tok or programmatic advertising
  • Experience with Google Merchant Center, Shoptimised, Channable or similar feed management platforms
  • Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certifications
