Homz UK is an award-winning national planning and architectural consultancy transforming how homeowners and developers navigate the planning process. As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a confident, commercially minded TeleSales Advisor to take ownership of our inbound enquiries and convert them into engaged, committed clients.
This role is all about driving business growth: responding quickly, building rapport, qualifying needs, and booking clients into the right planning or architectural service. You will often be the first voice prospective clients hear—and the reason they choose to place their trust in Homz.
Your Responsibilities:
- Responding promptly and professionally to new enquiries via phone, email, and web forms.
- Building instant rapport and understanding each client’s planning or architectural requirements.
- Converting warm inbound enquiries into paid consultations or service bookings.
- Conducting targeted cold outreach to potential trade partners such as builders, contractors, estate agents, developers, and related professionals.
- Managing a high daily volume of leads and ensuring every prospect receives fast, courteous follow-up.
- Qualifying clients’ needs and directing them to the appropriate service package.
- Maintaining accurate CRM records and clear communication notes for the technical team.
- Working closely with planners, architects, and the operations team to ensure smooth client onboarding.
- Delivering a polished, high-quality first-contact experience aligned with our consultancy standards.
We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of proven telesales, internal sales, or enquiry conversion experience—ideally within consultancy, property, professional services, or a high-volume client-facing environment.
- A confident communicator who builds trust quickly and moves conversations forward naturally.
- Proven experience in cold outreach and partnership development.
- Strong conversion ability with a proactive, target-driven mindset.
- Highly organised, excellent at follow-up, and comfortable handling multiple enquiries daily.
- Professional, articulate, and able to explain services clearly and persuasively.
- A positive attitude and commitment to delivering an exceptional client experience.
- Experience with HubSpot CRM is highly preferred.
