We are Homz UK; an award-winning young dynamic nationwide planning consultancy with a qualified team of architects and town planners.
This is a remote role, and the candidate must be self-motivated, ambitious and able to work independently as well as within a team to deliver professional advice to our clients. The role is a client-facing one, so having strong communication skills is a must. The candidate will advise the client verbally and using a template complete a planning checklist for each client.
Responsibilities:
– Compile phone consultations with the clients
– Prepare Feasibility reports studies,
– Write Planning and Design Access Statements,
– Submit planning applications and manage the communications with the council until the decision is made,
Requirements:
- RTPI-certified Town Planner
- Bachelor\’s degree in Urban Planning
- Strong knowledge of land planning principles and practices
- Excellent report writing skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex information
- Strong communication skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and ability to analyze data for informed decision-making
The role is home-based so there is a degree of flexibility but hours of work are generally speaking from 10.00 to 18.00 Monday to Friday.
