We are Homz UK ; an award-winning young dynamic UK\’s nationwide planning consultancy with a qualified team of architects and town planners.
This is a remote role, and the candidate must be self-motivated, ambitious and able to work independently as well as within a team to deliver professional advice to our clients. The role is a client-facing one, so having strong communication skills is a must. The candidate will advise the client verbally and using a template complete a planning checklist for each client.
Responsibilities
Compile phone consultations with the clients
Prepare Feasibility reports studies
Write Planning and Design Access Statements
Submit planning applications and manage the communications with the council until the decision is made
Requirements
RTPI-accredited Town Planner
UK Bachelor\’s degree in Urban Planning
Strong knowledge of UK national planning principles and practices
Excellent report writing skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex information
Strong communication skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Attention to detail and ability to analyze data for informed decision-making
PART-TIME or FULL-TIME
The role is home-based so there is a degree of flexibility but hours of work are generally speaking from 10.00 to 18.00 Monday to Friday.
