Since commencing operations in 2024, the company has established a strong digital presence across major online marketplaces including Amazon UK, e Bay, Temu, Tik Tok Shop, its own e-commerce website, and professional networking platforms such as Linked In.

As the business continues to expand its operations throughout the United Kingdom and Europe, managing multiple digital platforms, supplier relationships and technology-enabled marketplace operations has become increasingly critical to our continued growth and commercial success.

To support this expansion, we are seeking an experienced IT Account Manager to join our growing organisation and oversee the company's digital marketplace ecosystem.

As an IT Account Manager at Shopping Centre Limited, you will play a pivotal role in managing and developing the company's marketplace accounts across Amazon, e Bay, Temu, Tik Tok Shop and other online platforms.

Acting as the central point of coordination between the business, marketplace operators, suppliers, logistics providers and technology partners, you will ensure that our digital channels remain accurate, secure, commercially effective and fully compliant with platform requirements.

You will also monitor business performance through data analysis and reporting, support system integrations and process improvements, identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency, and provide commercially informed recommendations that contribute to revenue growth, customer satisfaction and the successful expansion of the HOMIELY brand across the UK and European markets.

Your technical expertise, commercial awareness and strong stakeholder management skills will be instrumental in supporting the company's long-term digital transformation and strategic growth objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the company's seller and business accounts across Amazon, e Bay, Temu, Tik Tok Shop and other marketplaces.
  • Coordinate account onboarding, permissions, integrations, platform compliance, issue resolution and communication with marketplace representatives.
  • Monitor sales, traffic, conversion, listing health, customer feedback, account performance and operational service levels, producing regular management reports.
  • Coordinate product data, pricing, promotions, stock availability, order flows and catalogue updates with suppliers, logistics partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Identify system, process and data-quality issues and lead corrective action to reduce disruption and improve efficiency.
  • Support the implementation and improvement of customer relationship management, reporting, inventory and workflow tools.
  • Maintain appropriate access controls, account records, operating procedures and business continuity arrangements for digital platforms.
  • Support European marketplace expansion by coordinating platform requirements, product information, cross-border workflows and partner relationships.

Requirements

  • Relevant degree or equivalent professional experience in account management, business, information technology, e-commerce, commercial and financial management, or a related field.
  • At least three years' relevant experience in e-commerce/It account management, IT key account management, commercial and financial management, digital operations or marketplace administration.
  • Practical experience of major online marketplaces and the ability to interpret commercial and operational data.
  • Strong stakeholder-management, communication, problem-solving, reporting and organisational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple platforms, priorities and deadlines with limited supervision.
