Description

Homey operates a white-label conveyancing product built to grab market share while running lean.

This is a brand-new role: we need someone who can build and maintain the sales and operations tooling (CRM, pipeline automation, reporting, workflow integrations) that lets a small commercial team compete like a much bigger one.

You'll sit alongside our New Business and Success Specialists and report into the Business Unit Manager for this part of Homey.

What you'll do
Build, configure and maintain the CRM and sales-ops tooling the New Business and Success teams rely on daily.

Automate the manual steps in the sales and onboarding pipeline — lead routing, pipeline reporting, SLA alerts, member/introducer onboarding.

Turn ARR, pipeline and deposit-conversion data into dashboards leadership can act on without asking you for a one-off report every week.

Work with the wider Homey platform team so the tools you build don't fight the core Homey system.

Fix things before they become a bottleneck for the commercial team — a broken integration should never be the reason a deal stalls.

What excellence looks like
The commercial team spends its time selling and servicing members, not fighting broken tools.

Reporting on ARR, pipeline and conversion is real-time and self-serve, not something someone has to build by hand.

Every new automation is documented well enough that it doesn't become a single point of failure.

Requirements

Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (e. g.

Hub Spot, Salesforce, Pipedrive) and workflow/automation tools (Zapier, Make, or similar).

Enough technical range to build lightweight integrations or scripts, without needing to be a full-stack engineer.

A sales-ops or Rev Ops background, or an engineering background with real commercial instincts.

Comfort working in a regulated legal services environment and understanding why "move fast" still has to respect compliance.

Benefits

A genuinely blank-page role — you'll define how sales ops tooling works for this part of Homey from scratch.

Hybrid working, with a base at our Wolverhampton office.

Direct, high-visibility work with senior leadership.
