Description
Winning a referral partner is only the start — we're looking for an Account Manager to own the relationship with Homey's introducers and panel partners after they're signed, keeping referral volume flowing and partners genuinely satisfied with how their clients are looked after.
You'll report to the Business Unit Manager for this part of Homey, and work closely with our Pod Leads. Your KPI: referral volume from managed accounts against target.
What you'll do
Stay in regular contact with active introducers; spot and act on falling referral volumes before they become a trend.
Run scheduled account reviews and maintain an account plan per partner (volume target, baseline, growth actions, key contacts).
Manage fee queries, referral fee reconciliation and contract renewals, escalating commercial changes to the Business Unit Manager.
Resolve partner service issues alongside the relevant Pod Lead, and deliver same-day resolutions where you can.
Grow existing accounts by winning additional branches, offices or fee earners within the same introducer.
What excellence looks like
Steady quarter-on-quarter growth in referral volume from your managed accounts.
Service issues get turned into stronger relationships, not lost accounts.
High account retention, with growth coming from existing relationships as much as new signings.
Requirements
Account management or client relationship experience, ideally in legal services, financial services, insurance or another referral/panel-driven B2B model.
Comfort having commercial conversations (fee queries, contract renewals) as well as relationship-building ones.
Organised, CRM-disciplined approach — your records are the reason referral reporting is reliable.
Benefits
Base £30,000–£42,000 plus bonus/commission — realistic OTE ~£50,000.
A named book of accounts with real autonomy to grow it.
Hybrid working, Wolverhampton base.
