Homey.co.uk is looking for a motivated and confident Sales intern to help grow our network of estate agents and mortgage brokers across the UK. Leading to a full-time job if successful. Your role will involve reaching out to estate agencies and mortgage brokers, building relationships, and introducing them to the benefits of partnering with Homey.co.uk. You will be responsible for generating new client sign-ups and helping expand our presence within the property industry. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and experience in B2B sales, property, or financial services. The role offers uncapped earning potential with recurring commission on successful client instructions.

Business Development & New Partnerships

  • Identify, target and win new estate agency partnerships across London and surrounding regions
  • Conduct high-volume outbound activity including calls, emails and in-person visits
  • Arrange and deliver face-to-face meetings with estate agency owners, branch managers and valuers
  • Pitch conveyancing solutions and secure referral agreements
  • Drive consistent instruction volumes from newly onboarded partners
  • Build and maintain a strong, fast-moving pipeline of opportunities

Relationship Management

  • Develop strong working relationships with estate agency teams at branch level
  • Maintain regular in-person contact to maximise engagement and instruction flow
  • Act as a trusted, visible point of contact for partners
  • Represent the business professionally in meetings, networking events and industry settings

Commercial Delivery

  • Hit and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue and instruction targets
  • Track performance of partner accounts and optimise output
  • Maintain accurate records of activity, meetings and pipeline within CRM systems
  • Provide market insights and feedback to support ongoing growth strategy

What Success Looks Like

  • Within your first 3 months, you will have built a strong pipeline of prospective estate agency partners
  • Secured multiple new partnership agreements

Requirements

  • Proven track record of sales & customer service skills
  • (Ideal) Demonstrated success in winning new business and generating revenue through partnerships
  • (Ideal) Highly proactive with strong outbound calling and prospecting experience
  • Comfortable in a field-based role with regular face-to-face meetings
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and closing skills
  • Strong understanding of the UK property transaction process (preferred but not essential)
  • Self-motivated, resilient and target-driven
