HomeWorks Energy is rapidly growing their Weatherization team and we are looking to grow our leadership! We are looking for candidates who have a construction background in addition to the soft skills and personality to motivate and drive results in a team environment. This position will involve hands on training in the field. The right candidate will have basic knowledge of field work, as well as a strong desire to train diligently and manage your own crew.
Responsibilities
- Manage Mass Save jobs with team of 1 to 2 installers
- Complete work in a timely manager
- Complete work up to Mass Save standards
- Ensure crew are following HomeWorks Energy best practices for safety and install
- Complete proper documentation for each job
- Collect copay from customer. Work with all customers in a business savvy fashion.
- Drive box trucks in compliance with DOT and state regulations
Requirements
- 1-2 years of construction experience preferably in roofing/siding/framing/carpentry
- Knowledge of basic construction best practices
- Must be able to pass Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) screen in accordance with company requirements
- Strong leadership skills
- Able to achieve proper certifications in 3-6 months at HomeWorks Energy
