Role Overview: We are seeking an enthusiastic Biology Tutor to support primary students in developing a strong foundation in life sciences aligned with the UK National Curriculum.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging lessons on topics such as plants, animals, habitats, human body, and basic ecology.
- Simplify scientific concepts through interactive activities and experiments.
- Prepare students for SATs (Year 2 & Year 6).
- Track progress and provide feedback to parents.
- Encourage curiosity and scientific thinking.
Requirements:
- Degree in Biology or related field (or strong subject knowledge).
- Experience teaching KS1–KS2 students.
- Knowledge of UK National Curriculum.
- Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
