As Head Therapist what you’ll be doing:
- This role can be full or part‑time, and hours are flexible to suit your schedule.
- Set the standards for the spa team, train them to maintain those standards, and take pride in their development.
- Create rosters, training plans, and contribute to the continuous improvement of the spa.
- Deliver treatments that ensure guests, spa days, and members experience a welcoming atmosphere while maintaining high standards across the spa.
- Engage with senior spa and hotel teams in a professional, playful environment.
- Share knowledge and experience as you are welcomed into the spa community.
- Motivate and support the team in product knowledge and sales, and lead by example, earning a commission.
- Feel valued as an important part of the spa’s development in 2022.
