As Head Therapist what you’ll be doing:
- This role can be full or part time, it’s all about finding the right people to us, then seeing how many hours suit you per week
- Be the one who not only sets the standards that our spa team follow but take pride in training them on how to do it too!
- Take that extra bite of responsibility as you create team rotas, training plans and help us to continuously progress our wonderful spa
- Take satisfaction knowing you are a welcome sight for our hotel guests, spa days and members as you perform treatments and help maintain standards throughout the spa
- Feel engaged working with our senior spa and hotel team in a professional but playful spa environment
- Learn our way of working as you’re welcomed into our spa community ready to share knowledge and experience
- Be a motivator as you encourage and support your team in product knowledge and sales, why not lead by example and make a little commission for yourself too
- It’s essential to us that you know, and feel, that you’re an important part of our team as our spa develops through 2022
