About us: Part Georgian country house, part playground for the curious. Homewood is a 32-bedroom boutique hotel and spa near Bath where luxury loosens its tie and nobody takes themselves too seriously. We're a zesty, imaginative bunch with a habit of hiding mischief around every corner. Talking-point chandeliers, unexpected sculptures in the gardens, a giant teddy bear or two, that's just how we do things here. We create unexpected little moments of delight, and our team is the biggest one of all. Whether you're brand new to hospitality or it's been your world for years, we want you to bring your whole self through the door. We're a diverse, inclusive team who genuinely believe that the more you you are, the better this place gets. We back each other, we respect our guests and community, and we are always, always, serious about giving people a bloody good time.

What you’ll be doing: As our Breakfast Manager, you’ll take ownership of the breakfast operation, making sure both the team and our guests have a brilliant start to the day. You’ll:

  • Lead and motivate the breakfast team
  • Run smooth, organised breakfast services
  • Welcome guests and make sure they’re well looked after
  • Work closely with the kitchen and wider hotel team
  • Organise daily briefings and allocate sections
  • Maintain high standards of service and presentation
  • Support training and development within the team
  • Keep on top of rotas, staffing and day-to-day organisation
  • Deal confidently with guest requests and any issues that arise
  • Make sure opening, closing and health & safety procedures are followed

Most importantly, you’ll be you. You’ll be someone who is naturally organised, positive and comfortable taking the lead. Breakfast can be busy, so you’ll need to stay calm, keep the team motivated and make sure our guests never see the pressure behind the scenes. You’ll already have experience working as a Breakfast Supervisor or in a similar senior hospitality role, and you’ll be ready to take that next step into management.

What’s in it for you?

  • Monthly tronc/service payments on top of your salary
  • Meals when you’re on duty
  • Training and progression opportunities throughout Kaleidoscope Collection
  • Discounts on eating, drinking and sleeping at our properties
  • £500 refer-a-friend scheme
  • A team where individuality is encouraged and being yourself is very much part of the job

If you know how to run a brilliant breakfast service, love looking after guests and are ready to lead a great team, we’d love to hear from you.
