As Chef de Partie you will be doing the following:

  • Work alongside our Head Chef as part of our team during prep and service for our beautiful restaurant, terrace and outdoor Dining Domes.
  • Take advantage of our private no dig kitchen garden at Homewood Hotel with its delicious seasonal produce.
  • Help develop our brigade by sharing knowledge and techniques, not just with our more junior chefs but with the whole team; we are all here to learn.
  • Take pride in running your section by producing beautiful food and also join us in respecting our kitchen; you’ll be helping set and maintain cleanliness standards too.
