We’re a 32-bedroom boutique hotel and spa near Bath with a relaxed, playful approach to luxury and we’re looking for an experienced

Barista to join our Food & Beverage team.

You’ll be someone who knows their flat white from their cappuccino, enjoys working at pace and takes real pride in making a great cup of coffee.

  • What you’ll be doing
  • Making consistently great coffees throughout the day
  • Setting up and looking after the coffee station
  • Preparing espresso-based drinks, teas and other hot drinks
  • Keeping your workspace clean, organised and ready for busy services
  • Working closely with the restaurant, bar and breakfast teams
  • Chatting with guests and making them feel genuinely welcome
  • Keeping an eye on stock and making sure everything you need is ready
  • Helping maintain our service and presentation standards
  • What we’re looking for
  • Previous Barista experience
  • Experience working in a coffee shop, café or similarly busy environment
  • Confidence using a professional espresso machine
  • Good coffee knowledge and an eye for presentation
  • The ability to stay calm and organised when things get busy
  • A friendly personality and genuine enjoyment of guest service

Experience in a high-volume coffee environment would be particularly welcome.
