You will be part of our zesty team who are passionate about our 31 bedroom hotel with incredible spa and dining space. We love to create unexpected little moments of delight with talking points as you journey through our hotel.
As Bar Lounge Manager what you’ll be doing:
- You will be the leader of the Bar Lounge team, capable of creating great employee engagement and owning your guest experience.
- Lead from the front in demonstrating excellent guest care, hospitality skills and providing top level communication.
- We are serious about afternoon tea and you’re going to be the one to show it as you raise standards and work with the chefs and your team to deliver an unforgettable experience.
- Demonstrate a serious but playful love for cocktails, wines and spirits.
- Remain unconventional as you implement service standards, team training sessions and developing talent alongside rota planning, recruitment and payroll control.
- You will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the Bar and Lounges and afternoon tea at our beautiful hotel while supporting the F&B team in lunch, dinner and special event service.
- You’ll work closely with our professional kitchen team to develop and enhance all Food and Drink offerings.
- Enjoy having full involvement in bringing ideas to the table and seeing them through to implementation alongside the senior F&B and hotel team.
- Take responsibility for Health Safety, industry standards and liquor stock control.
