Responsibilities
- Full‑time role, 45 hrs per week, 5 out of 7 days on flexible rota
- Support the Food & Beverage operation for the Restaurant, indoor/outdoor function spaces, Dining Domes, terrace, and La Taberna alfresco experience
- Manage a team across multiple outlets, provide cross‑training and growth opportunities to increase retention and attract new talent
- Focus on the experience for team members and guests, ensuring a smile and a splash of zest
- Use strong communication skills and passion for guest experience to lead the restaurant team to success
- Maintain recognised standards in the restaurant, train staff on service journey, and ensure health, safety and allergen awareness compliance
