Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, and meal preparation.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life.
- Help with light housekeeping tasks to maintain a safe and clean environment.
- Document and report any changes in clients' health or behavior to the care team.
- Engage clients in social and recreational activities to promote mental well-being.
Requirements
- CPR, First Aid, HHA or CNA certification is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Strong communication skills and a compassionate demeanor.
- Experience with elderly care or individuals with disabilities is highly desirable.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and every other weekend.
Compensation: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
