We are looking for compassionate Caregivers to be a part of our team and join us in our mission of enhancing seniors’ lives, one day at a time. You will work individually with clients, one‑on‑one, providing a variety of non‑medical services that allow you to form relationships with seniors who desire to age in place in their own homes. We are looking for people who are committed to enhancing the quality of life of seniors and others by providing the best in‑home care with empathy, excellence, and integrity.

Responsibilities:

  • Social companionship
  • Support with a variety of daily living tasks such as feeding and medication reminders, bathing/dressing and personal hygiene, grooming, toileting, dressing, light housekeeping, light cleaning, laundry and cooking/meal preparation
  • Transportation to appointments, errands and social outings
  • Standby assistance with transfers
  • Overnight safety assistance

Qualifications:

  • No healthcare certification is required, but CNA, HHA, or 6+ months caring for geriatric, chronically ill, or disabled persons is preferred
  • Experience with Dementia and Alzheimer’s care is a plus
  • Daily access to email, the Internet, and a mobile phone
  • Pass a criminal background check (national and any required by the state)
  • Proof of current, negative tuberculosis (TB) test
  • Must be physically able to lift, push, and pull approximately 25 lbs.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation; proof of valid driver's license and automobile insurance
  • Ability to travel 15 miles for any scheduled shifts
  • A compassionate heart for older adults
  • Must possess excellent communication skills
  • Are mature, caring, punctual, and reliable

Compensation: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
