Homeward Legal is a leading online sales and marketing agency specialising in providing committed clients for solicitors and surveyors in the property industry. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional customer service and results for our clients, fostering a culture of teamwork and excellence as well as a fun and friendly office environment with healthy, rewarded competition.

Location: Remote / Hybrid (Required to attend office in London every Friday 9am - 5pm)

Employment Type: Permanent - Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm with 1 Saturday a month.

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Tele-Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. If you're a natural relationship builder with a proven track record in sales, we want to hear from you!

  • Lead Conversion: Handle incoming sales inquiries and convert leads into clients through effective communication and relationship building.
  • Utilise CRM: Effectively manage leads, callbacks and customer interactions using our online CRM, email and telephony system.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with team members to achieve individual and team sales targets.

Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a sales or sales-adjacent role with a proven track record of success.

Technology Proficiency: Comfortable using online CRMs and managing emails.

Relationship Building:

Commission Opportunities: Significant individual and team-based commission potential – half our existing sales team earned over £20,000 in commission last year.

Training and Coaching provided: Initial 2 week training programme provided by our sales manager.
