About the role

We’re a friendly independent estate agency based in Kilburn.

We’re looking for a proactive full-time team member to help us build our social media presence from the ground up, while also providing versatile office and admin support.

  • What you’ll be doing
  • Creating and managing content across our social media channels (posts, photos, reels, stories)
  • Growing engagement and helping build our online presence
  • Handling general office admin and day-to-day tasks
  • Assisting with property viewings and other varied duties as needed
  • Supporting the wider team in a busy but close-knit office

We’re happy to train the right person on the estate agency side.

  • What we’re looking for
  • Someone keen, reliable and genuinely eager to learn
  • Some social media experience or a strong interest in content creation
  • Good communication and organisational skills
  • A full UK driving licence is helpful for viewings but not mandatory
