Hometree is seeking a Senior People Partner for Installs to support around 100 colleagues across Cornwall, Kent, and London, with the CORGI HomeHeat team dispersed nationwide. The role focuses on translating group strategies into practical people plans for installer and engineer teams.
You’ll own populations, build plans, and act as a trusted advisor to the Directors of Operations and Commercial, sitting on the Installs Senior Management Team to shape the division’s people framework.
